The attached table displays general drug prices at various pharmacies. These prices are estimates and are subject to change. Actual price will depend on your choice of the GLP-1 drug and the choice of pharmacy, among many other factors and can only be quoted by the dispensing pharmacy.

How to Access Zepbound Pen from St. Luke's HomeStar or Most Other Major Retail Pharmacies
- 1.Enroll into Zepbound Savings Card Program by visiting this link and selecting “Commercial Insurance” option: https://enrollment.zepbound.lilly.com/savings-and-support
- 2.Save the Zepbound Savings Card once you have completed the enrollment process.
- 3.Work with the pharmacy and your prescriber directly to order your Zepbound.
- 4.Visit your preferred retail pharmacy.
- 5.Present your Zepbound Savings Card to the pharmacist so they can apply a discount to your drug cost.
- 6.Ask your pharmacist to process the Savings Card along with your insurance card using the Coordination of Benefits fields with Coverage Code type 03.
- 7.Use your monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for some of the drug cost:

Please ask the pharmacy to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the credit, then pay any remaining balance.
How to Access Wegovy Pen from St. Luke's HomeStar or Most Other Major Retail Pharmacies
- 1.Work with the pharmacy and your prescriber directly to order your Wegovy.
- 2.Visit your preferred retail pharmacy.
- 3.Present your Coupon to the pharmacist so they can apply a discount to your drug cost.
- 4.Use your monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for some of the drug cost:

Please ask the pharmacy to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the credit, then pay any remaining balance.
How to Access Zepbound Directly from the Manufacturer or through Walmart retail pickup.
- 1.Visit www.lilly.com/lillydirect/medicines
- 2.Ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription to LillyDirect Self Pay Pharmacy Solutions from their electronic prescribing system.
- 3.Once the pharmacy receives your prescription from your prescriber, GiftHealth will send you a checkout link to pay for your drug. If you do not get the checkout link, please call 833-707-6619.
- 4.You will have the option for free home delivery or select Walmart retail pickup.
- 5.You can use your monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for some of the drug cost:

Please note that split payment is not an option if you are selecting home delivery for your drug and paying online. Split payment is possible, if you are selecting to pick up at a Walmart pharmacy and paying for the drug at the pharmacy counter. At check out, please ask cashier to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the credit, then pay any remaining balance with your HSA card, personal credit card, or debit card.
Direct Reimbursement:
Pay with your personal credit or debit card, then visit our "Member Login" page to request Reimbursement. Please note that you must use a payment method other than your HSA account if you wish to receive direct reimbursement for these drugs under this program.
How to Access Wegovy Directly from the Manufacturer
- 1.Visit www.novocare.com/pharmacy.html
- 2.Ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription to NovoCare® Pharmacy from their electronic prescribing system.
- 3.Once the pharmacy receives your prescription from your prescriber, you will receive a text message or phone call with instructions from NovoCare® Pharmacy to set up an account and pay for your drug.
- 4.After setting up your account and paying, you can schedule your delivery with NovoCare® Pharmacy.
- 5.You can use your monthly credit one of two ways to pay toward the cost of the drug:

Call NovoCare® Pharmacy at 1-855-382-2533 and ask them to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the credit, then pay any remaining balance with your HSA card, personal credit card, or debit card.
